5. The cake mechanism is compact and the design is reasonable. The pulp bucket, host and mesh belt adopt independent split design, and the drive is individually controlled. The drive adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which is easy to adjust and no noise. The electric appliance adopts Chint Electric. The temperature control device is far-infrared temperature detection, and the temperature is controlled by +1 degree.
6. Slurry bucket The slurry bucket is inclined to collect materials, detachable, and the bottom is designed with a valve, making it easy to clean the beating and mixing materials.
7. The slurry pump adopts independent frequency conversion control to strictly control the material flow. Prevent excessive circulation of excess materials and ensure product quality.
8. The heating wheel is made of high-temperature, high-frequency casting material to ensure that it will not be deformed during use, and the equipment has higher precision and operational stability.
